This is a terrific project for beginning knitters who have completed our Beginner's Scarf Class to learn how to increase stitches.

This garter stitch triangular shawl is knitted on large needles and fringed with a combination of fibers. We start with 3 stitches and increase every edge until the desired length.

Materials

• mohair with carrying yarn or ribbon (10% discount on yarn for class)
• size #13 or #15 (24" minimum) circular needles (available at The Grove)
• scissors or yarn cutter
