The first printing of the final book in the Harry Potter series (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows), to be released on Saturday 21 July, will total 12 million. The previous Harry Potter title, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, had a 10.8 million first printing in 2005 and sold 6.9 million copies in the first 24 hours.

On the evening of the South Park Summer Walkabout 20 July 2007, The Grove will be celebrating the release of this last book in the Harry Potter Series with a "Midknit" Release Party. (Yes, you read correctly!) Anne is training now to see if she can stay awake that late.

And we will have extra copies on hand for those who wish to purchase them the night of the event.
